A special two-day Art Exhibition, organized by the Photographers and Videographers of Goa in collaboration with Artistes United, opened on Saturday, May 24, at the Kala Academy in Panjim. The exhibition will continue on May 25, welcoming visitors from 10 am to 7 pm. This event brings together a vibrant collection of artworks, showcasing the creative talents of local photographers, videographers, and artists, all united for a meaningful cause.
The primary objective of this exhibition is to raise financial support for Sahil Anil Dhuri, who is currently battling cancer. Sahil is the son of well-known videographer Anil Dhuri, and the art community has come together to extend their solidarity and assistance to the Dhuri family during this challenging time. By purchasing paintings and artworks at the event, visitors can directly contribute to Sahil’s medical expenses, making art not just a medium of expression, but also a tool for compassion and community support.
