A woman reportedly suffered an assault at the hands of her brother-in-law, who allegedly attacked her with a hockey stick and subjected her to verbal abuse in close proximity to her home in Anjuna. The incident left the woman with injuries to her head, nose, and hand. In response to the attack, she filed a complaint with the police, prompting an immediate investigation.
