Govt revises tariff for Goa Sadan, Goa Niwas

PANJIM: The State government has revised the daily tariff for accommodation at Goa Sadan and Goa Niwas in New Delhi. The new rates will come into effect from October 15.

As per the revised rates, Members of Parliament, MLAs, ex-MPs and MLAs, government officials including directors, officials of public sector undertaking, statutory bodies, central government employees, accredited journalists, will have to pay Rs 1000 per AC room per day while for the AC dormitory it would be Rs 200 per day. 

As far as freedom fighters are concerned, they will have to pay Rs 300 for per AC room per day and Rs 150 per day for AC dormitory.

For the general public, the AC room will cost Rs 2000 per day and Rs 1000 for a single occupant on sharing basis, whereas Rs 300 would be charged per day for AC dormitory. Students will have to pay AC Dormitory Rs 200 per day.
