PANJIM: The Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (GBSHSE) on Thursday announced tentative schedule for the Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) examination, beginning from April 26.
Due to COVID-19 pandemic, the Board examination of Class XII, which are otherwise held in February-March, are scheduled in April-May this year, in a bid to allow completion of the syllabus.
As per the tentative schedule, the examination will begin with Sociology paper for Arts stream on April 26.
On April 27, the students of Arts will answer History, while Commerce students will appear for accountancy and Physics paper will be answered by Science students.
Mathematics for Science and Political Science for Arts is scheduled on April 29.
The English language paper is scheduled on May 3, while on May 4, students will answer Chemistry Banking on May 5.
Economics paper is scheduled on May 6 while Biology on May 7 and Konkani on May 8. Language II paper will be answered on May 11, Hindi on May 12 and Marathi on May 13.
The examination will conclude with Geography paper for students of Arts.
