Mine company clarifies on ore transportation

SANGUEM: The office of Timblo Private Limited has clarified that the ore presently being transported from Tollem was bought by the company at an e-auction conducted by the State government through the Department of Mines and Geology on April 21, pursuant to the order passed by the Supreme Court in Writ Petition Civil No 435 of 2012.

SANGUEM: The office of Timblo Private Limited has clarified that the ore presently being transported from Tollem was bought by the company at an e-auction conducted by the State government through the Department of Mines and Geology on April 21, pursuant to the order passed by the Supreme Court in Writ Petition Civil No 435 of 2012.
The company still has 54000 MT to be transported from the total amount of 145310 MT procured by the company. The company, while emphasising that there was no illegality in the transportation activity, claims that it is this balance amount that is now being transported, after Obtaining due permissions.
