The study conducted among 161 dealers measures satisfaction among vehicle owners who purchased vehicles from this dealership, which represents the transparency of deal, paperwork, sales person and the delivery process. The overall sales satisfaction is determined by examining the above mentioned factors. Sharayu Toyota (Colvale) achieved an overall Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) score of 962 on a 1,000-point scale. Sharayu Toyota has put some simple procedures that improve sales satisfaction with the value of work performed and perceptions of the fairness and honesty of the dealership, such as greeting customers quickly upon arrival, quick service and fully explaining the vehicle as a matter of standard operating procedure. There was good overall improvement among all Sharayu Toyota outlets with Sharayu Toyota Verna scoring 957 points securing 7th Place and Sharayu Toyota, Aurangabad secured 10th place by scoring 948 points in the areas of sales and customer satisfaction. Sharayu Toyota Panjim also scored 930 points to foray in the 900 plus club. Sharayu Toyota Colvale earlier had been ranked 1st All India in Customer Service Index (CSI).
