VASCO: The new office of the Assistant Director of Transport at Vasco, which should have been fully operational by now, might take a couple of weeks to start serving the residents of Mormugao. The new building was inaugurated by Transport Minister Mauvin Godinho last month. He had said, “Within 15 days this will be fully operational office with registration, licences and permits.”
