PANJIM: Rear Admiral Arjun Dev Nair, VSM took over as the Commandant Naval War College, Goa, on Monday.
Rear Admiral Nair was holding the appointment of ACNS (Staff Requirements) at Naval Headquarters, New Delhi prior to assuming command of the Naval War College.
Rear Admiral Nair is an Alumnus of Defence Services Staff College, Wellington and National Defence College, New Delhi.
In his career spanning over 30 years, the Rear Admiral has commanded IN Ships Trikand, Kirpan and Nashak. The flag officer has held important appointments such as Assistant Chief of Personnel (Administration and Civilian), Principal Director (Training) at Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala and also the Fleet Operations Officer of the Western Fleet.
