PANJIM: The Town and Country Planning (TCP) department has notified ‘corrections’ in zones of three plots together admeasuring 1,638 square metres at Assagao, Bambolim and Raia, and corrected the zones to settlement zones. “In the Regional Plan Goa-2021, the zone of part of the plot of land admeasuring an area of 900 sq mtrs surveyed under Survey No. 146, sub-division No. 6 of Village Assagao, Bardez, which is earmarked as natural cover as per RPG-2021 is hereby corrected as Settlement zone,” states the notification. Similarly, land admeasuring an area of 485 sq mtrs in Bambolim, earmarked as natural cover and plot of land admeasuring an area of 253 sq mtrs in Raia, earmarked as paddy field as per RPG-2021, have been corrected as settlement zones.
