VASCO: On Police Raising Day, the Vasco police station added another feather to its cap, after it was declared as a “Best police station of the State.”
The police station was awarded with a trophy, certificates to staff and a cash of Rs 30,000 with proper ceremonial function.
Vasco police station was declared as best police station by the Police Department, followed by Collem and Calangute police stations which were on second and third positions, respectively.
Collem police station was awarded with certificates, trophy and Rs 20,000 cash. Calangute police station was also given trophy, certificates to the police staff and Rs 10,000 cash.
People from Vasco have congratulated and appreciated Vasco police staff for their achievement.
