As lives are taken out with impunity, soldiers and the man on the street stare at death, children are maimed families torn apart, how long will the world keep watching?
There is an axis of evil; operating in Afghanistan. Why can’t an axis of good reach there?
Joe Biden’s monumental failure needs accountability. But right now, what is needed is for the civilized humane world to unite to extricate the evil called Taliban and all its allies from the face of this earth. This level of brutality and mass killings cannot go on as some countries begin to establish diplomatic links.
This world saw World War 2 for reasons less grim than what we see in Afghanistan
This world went to war for a worldwide economic depression, the rise of militarism in Germany and Japan, and the failure of the League of Nations. Can’t this world unite today and ally to do just one job of removing humanity’s scourge?
The Taliban are not alone. The axis of evil includes Al Qaeda, ISIS and the rest and they are not far from India...
The Taliban are in our neighbourhood. And let us not lull ourselves into believing that India will be untouched. If a concentration of military forces with the sole objective to invade sanctioned by the UN and all platforms that need to be activated for a military response to the Taliban in Afghanistan mandated by the NATO and the UN.
The Taliban are not just terrorists. They are rulers of a country
Afghanistan’s landlocked nature, the bane of US and NATO logisticians since 2001, is now a boon for terrorist-travel analysts. There needs to be a “fence around Afghanistan” to track everyone who flies in and out. Land-border crossings also need to be better watched, though this will be harder.
The Taliban can now issue passports, take control of the country’s finances and of course its defence and make laws where deaths can be handed out like presents. How can the world watch while a government of death rules?
If we choose to remain silent we will be guilty of being bystanders to the takeover of humanity and a quick descent to absolute, evil anarchy
