K'taka forest dept. imposes fine for commuting via wildlife park

Vehicles going through the tiger reserve and national wildlife park now have to pay a wildlife entry charge, imposed by the Karnataka Forest Department. 

At the checkpoint operated by the Forest Department at Anmod, a toll is being collected from vehicles travelling from Goa to Karnataka. 

Heavy vehicles must pay a fee of Rs. 50, while light motor vehicles must pay Rs. 20.
