Prakash, also known as Fakir Chuchwad (22) and the prime suspect in the tragic stabbing of his former lover, Kamakshi Udapnov (30), has been placed in custody for 10 days. The shocking autopsy report, conducted at GMC Hospital in Bambolim, unveils that Kamakshi, originally from Karnataka but residing in Porvorim, suffered a brutal attack with as many as 20 stab wounds across her body.

Porvorim police disclosed that Kamakshi's body was later discarded at Amboli Ghat by the accused, along with his accomplice, Nirupadi Kadakal. After the gruesome act, Prakash is said to have cleaned the bloodstains from the floor and contacted his friend, Nirupadi Kadakal, who arrived at the flat. Together, they placed Kamakshi's body in Prakash's car and drove to Amboli Ghat, where they disposed of the body by dropping it approximately 40-50 feet down a valley. Both suspects were presented before a court on Saturday and were subsequently remanded into custody for 10 days. The police have since handed over Kamakshi's body to her relatives for the final rites.
