RAIA: CAC Cansaulim trounced Parish Youth Association, Consua, 7-1, to register a fluent win in the Goa Football Association U-17 Division II League match played at Cansaulim sports complex ground, on Monday.
Suraj Nayak scored a brace, while Jermy John Barreto, Sagar Naik, Ayush Kumar Ramashish and substitute Johnathan Ferrao scored a goal each for the winners. The only goal for PYA Consua was netted by substitute Gagan Palyekar.
In another match played at Curtorim ground, Sirlim SC defeated Wilred Leisure SC 2-0. Ethan Leitao and substitute Roy Fernandes scored for the winners.

Shiroda Youth Club defeated Sai Avtar, Anjuna, 4-1, to reach the last eight of 33rd Arlem Rolling Trophy organised by Arlem Youth Association, at Raia panchayat ground.
Shiroda Youth Club’s Vaibhav Naik scored a brace in 13th and 40th minute, while Mharv Ghadi scored twice in 7th and 58th minute. Sai Avtar reduced the margin through Santosh B in the 23rd minute.

Rosary Boys, Davorlim-Zoriwaddo, secured a hard-fought victory over St Rita Boys, Maina, 2-1, to enter into the quarter-finals of 18th Rebello Pandal football tournament played at St Rita Church ground, Maina-Curtorim, on Monday.
In a fast and attacking football from both sides with well combination of passes and control of the ball kept the crowd on their toes but Rosary Boys stuck the first goal in 10th minute through Ajay Raj.
But five minutes later, St Rita Boys’ Stallon Oliver fired from a close range to equal the score line. The all-important goal came from the boots of Rosary Boys Ajay in the 45th minute to seal the spot in the quarter-finals.
