MAPUSA: Clube Sao Minguel de Taleigao had an easy outing as they registered a 3-0 win over A A de Moira in the Goa Football Association Division I League match played at Duler Stadium, here, on Monday.
Clube Sao Minguel de Taleigao were indeed a better side and dominated the match. After two strikes came off the horizontal bar, finally in the 45th minute, CSM Taleigao surged ahead where their striker Niyaz Tambak collecting a ball from his skipper Salu Santos chipped the ball over A A de Moira Goalkeeper Soma Korgaonkar, 1-0.
On crossing over, coach Pascoal Pereira brought striker Aditya Talwar from the bench who collecting brilliant through passes from Harshad Madkaikar beat the onrushing goalkeeper with neat placement, 3-0.
Candolim SC having defeated Santa Cruz Club of Cavelossim saw both teams qualify for play-off.
