RAIA/MAPUSA: United Club Seraulim trounced Parish Youth Nuvem 7-0 in the Goa Football Association U-17 Division II League match at Seraulim panchayat ground, on Friday.
Alvito Pereira scored a hat-trick while Aniket Kumar scored a brace. Nikhil Thapa and Mohammad Ayan scored a goal each for UC Seraulim.

Margao Boys eased past Verna Boys 4-1 to enter into the final of Our Lady of Fatima Church Dicarpali Silver Jubilee Cup organised by Fatima Church in association with Dicarpali Sports Club at Dicarpali ground, on Friday.
Margao Boys opened the scoreline through Joywin Carneiro in the 10th minute of play, while Milagres Fernandes doubled the lead for Margao Boys in the 24th minute of play. Before half time, Desmon of Verna Boys missed an opportunity to score. At half time, Margao Boys lead 2-0.
After resumption of second half, Verna Boys stucked in the 35th minute of play through Francisco and were near to find an equaliser but Joywin scored two quick goals in the 50th and 60thminute to complete his hat-trick.
Verna Boys tried hard to come on level terms but Margao Boys’ defence foiled their moves and made to the title clash.

St Sebastian SC
FC Tuem SC registered a 7-6 win over St Sebastian SC, Mapusa, via tie-breaker in the inaugural match of Xetrapal Cup 2025 organised by Xetrapal SC, Oxel, at Oxel ground, on Friday.
At the end of the regulation time, both teams were locked in a 2-2 draw.
FC Tuem scored a goal in each session of play through Shankar Shetye.
On crossing ends, St Sebastian SC regrouped themselves and saw Stephen Martin net a brace to level terms, 2-2. In the tie-breaker, FC Tuem won by 5-4 margin.
Nerul Cup: Assnora

Assonora United down Peddem Bomm SC by a solitary goal win to enter the semi-finals of Nerul Cup inter-village football tournament played at Nerul ground, on Friday. Chaitan Bugde scored the winning goal for Assnora United.
Dragan FC

Dragon FC, Margao, edged past Dangerous Boys of Sao Jose de Areal 7-6 via tie-breaker to enter the quarter-finals of 8-a-side football tournament played at Laymati ground, Davorlim, on Friday.
Hanslum Furtado gave lead to Dragon FC, while Aryan Carvalho scored for Sao Jose de Areal in the full session. In the ensuing tie-breaker, Dragon FC proved to be the better shooters.

Fr Agnel YSC, Paroda, easily outwitted Shiroda Youth Club 3-0 to move ahead in the St Rock’s Super Soccer inter-village football tournament at Majorda ground on Friday. Leading by two goals in the first session, Kanchan Kiro and Omkar Gaonkar scored a goal each, while Shiroda YC player scored an own goal.

Unjirim United move
into next round
Unjirim United thrashed Rhumba United 5-1 to move into the next round of Fondegal Youth Club 9-a-side inter-ward football tournament played at the St Alex Church ground, Curtorim, on Friday.
The match started on a fast pace and both teams were in an attacking mode. Roswin of Unjirim United with his brilliancy placed the ball into the bottom corner of the net in the 5th minute. Then in the 15th minute, Sheldon of Unjirim United doubled the lead with his powerful shot.
In the dying minutes of the first half, Nelson of Rhumba United scored through a powerful shoot to end the first half with 2-1.
Post resumption, in the very second minute, Unjirim United increased the lead through Velroy who scored from a cross by Floyd.
Rhumba United kept on pushing forward to score as a result two more goals for Unjirim United were scored with brilliant counter-attack by Roswin and Ryan.
