RAIA: Guardian Angel Sports Club scrapped past Carmona Sports Club 2-1 to move into the quarter-finals of UCT Trophy 9-a-side inter-village football tournament organised by United Cub of Telaulim at school ground, Telaulim on Tuesday.
Guardian Angel Sports Club netted two goals through Bliton Furtado and Ryan Menezes in the 25th and 46th minute respectively, while Sanford Fernandes pulled a goal back for Carmona SC in the 50th minute.
Pelegrino Pires presented the man-of-the-match to Rayan Menezes of Guardian Angel SC.
