PANJIM: The Kickfit Traditional Shotokan Karate Federation excelled by securing 72 medals at the All Goa State Karate Championships 2025, held at the Sports Authority of Goa, Chicalim, Vasco, recently.
Students from multiple dojos - Santa Cruz, Chimbel, Merces, Madkai, Vasco and Bambolim - displayed exceptional skill, discipline and determination, marking this as a historic achievement for the federation. This victory was made possible under the expert guidance of Sensei Y Kalagar and the unwavering support of dedicated instructors - Sensei Virendra Naik, Senpai Kameshwari Divgikar, Senpai Madan Hu, Senpai Ashraf, Senpai Parimal Desai and Senpai Saish.
The Federation extends its heartfelt gratitude to Shree Saraswati Bal Mandal, Santa Cruz, for their constant support, and to all the parents whose encouragement has been instrumental in the students’ success.
