The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) is the premier governing body of cricket in India and is widely regarded as the richest cricket board in the world. The president of the BCCI, elected at the Annual General Meeting, holds the highest office in the organization. Traditionally, the post rotates zone-wise across India, with a maximum tenure of three years, although Sourav Ganguly served for just 10 months.
