RAIA: Mandopa Sports Club advanced to the quarter-finals of the St Joseph Festival Inter-Village Football Tournament with a 4-2 victory over Fr Agnelo YSC, Paroda, at Dramapur ground on Sunday.
Sneeden Costa struck twice for Mandopa, while Ronaldo Pereira and Meliston Dias added a goal apiece to seal the win. Fr Agnelo YSC pulled two back through Allister Menezes and an own goal by Noah Luis, but it was not enough to deny Mandopa’s passage into the last eight.
