PANJIM: Nuvem Veterans move into semi-finals Nuvem Veterans huffed and puffed their way past St Anne Veterans by a solitary goal to enter the semi-finals of the Santa Cruz Village Panchayat Veterans Cup football tournament, at Santa Cruz ground, on Monday.
The only goal of the match was scored early in the game when Robin Pinheiro found himself in the right place at the right time to score the winner.
In the second half, St Anne tried to fight their way back but could not find a way past Nuvem defence. Nuvem Veterans will now face Verna Veterans in the semi-final on April 14.
