RAIA: RCC Margao won 11 medals in the 3rd Invitational Fit For Life Swimming Competition in association with the Goa Swimming Association competition held at Headland Sada, Vasco, recently.
Reuben Rocha, student of Bethany Convent High School, Sao Jose de Areal, won six medals - bronze in 50m backstroke, butterfly stroke, breast stroke and 100m butterfly stroke, silver medal in 4x50m mixed butterfly stroke relay and silver medal in 4x50m mixed medley relay.
Aradhya Pradeep Borkar, student of Vidhya Bharti Primary School, Margao, won three medals - silver medal in 50m breaststroke, silver medal in 50m backstroke and 3rd place in 50m butterfly stroke.
Aarav Vaghela, student of The King’s School, won two medals. Silver medal in 4x50m freestyle and a bronze medal in 4x50m mixed butterfly. The students are trained by coach Inacio Netty Raposo at Fatorda.
