St Anne’s win final game, but King’s School champs

MARGAO: St Anne’s Institute, Agonda, ended their Next Gen League 3.0 U-15 girls Diamond Division campaign on a high, defeating Fr Agnel Multipurpose High School, Nuvem, in the final league match, at the King’s School ground, on Wednesday.

Kaavya Kumar’s stellar performance earned her the player of the match award, sealing St Anne’s second place in the division. The result confirmed The King’s School, São José de Areal, as champions.
