RAIA: Calangute Association drubbed CAC Cansaulim 6-0 to move into the quarter-finals of Curtorim Villagers Cup 2025 organised by Curtorim Gymkhana at St Alex Church ground, Curtorim, on Tuesday.
Calangute Association scored their first goal through Tanay Kerkar in the 12 minute after receiving a fine pass from Alwyn Fernandes to make it, 1-0. Calangute Association doubled the lead through Nigel Silveira in the 20th minute with a powerful shot. Calangute Association scored their third goal through Tanay in the 27 minute to make it 3-0, and to complete his brace.
At the first half, Calangute Association were leading 3-0.
In second half, Calangute Association scored their fourth goal through Alwyn Fernandes in the 40th minute. Calangute Association added two more goals through Runael Shirodkar and Tanay to complete his hat-trick in the 50th and 55th minute to make it 6-0.
