MAPUSA: Vagator PYSC trounced Agassaim Youth Club 6-0 in the Goa Football Association’s Division II Play-Offs North Zone match played at Santa Cruz ground, on Monday.
For Vagator PYSC, Wilson Fernandes netted a hat-trick by scoring the first goal in the 16th minute from the penalty spot.
Rutik Bandodkar netted a brace and Umesh Pujar scored for Vagator PYSC. Pratik Tirodkar of Agassaim YC was sent off by the referee in the 16th minute of play.
At Parra ground, PVC Parra managed to edge past Portias Sporting Club by 6-4 margin. For PVC Parra, Shadab Sheikh netted a hat-trick, with Sahil Jalmi, Fhazer Gomes and Jagdish Chawan scoring a goal each.
While for Portias Sporting Club, Babash Shirvoikar, Viguesh Shirodkar, Mahendra Shirvoikar and Elesh Shirvoikar scored.
