RAIA: Vasco Sports Club moved past Panjim Footballers 5-3 in the Goa Professional League Relegation Zone match played at Nagoa panchayat ground, on Thursday.
Both the teams were tied 3-3 at the breather. Rozwin Fernandes, Clinton Fwernandes, Raju Padashi, Kenneth John Pereira and substitute Sapam Bishorjit Meitei scored a goal each for Vasco SC. Richie Vaz scored a brace, while Satish Kankonkar scored one goal for Panjim Footballers.
SCC Cavelossim win
Santa Cruz Club of Cavelossim scored a solitary goal win over Cuncolim Union to collect full points in the Goa Football Association Division I League match played at SAG ground, Benaulim, on Thursday. The all-important goal for Santa Cruz Cavelossim was netted by Sam Moura in the 36th minute.
