The hospitality industry plunged into shock and sorrow as they lost a priceless gem with the demise of Vincent Ramos, the Senior Vice President of the Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL). Ramos, who held a pivotal role in steering the company's flagship portfolio, including the iconic 'Taj' brand, passed away just before sunset on Wednesday evening. Thousands from all walks of life came together on Friday to bid a final farewell to Ramos at a moving funeral held at St. Inez Church. He is survived by his wife, Deena Ramos, and their son, Reuben.
