Water Resources Ddept Minister Subhash Shirodkar showed no sympathy with Mhadei Human Chain initiative. The Save Mhadei Save Goa Front has decided to hold a Human Chain protest on 20th May in Goa to raise awareness about the need to save Mhadei water for Goa. Shirodkar reasoned that anyone is free to do anything. There are no restrictions.
