BJP’s ‘caste politics’!

Former Maharashtra Chief Minister Narayanrao Rane said the BJP is not concerned with the common man and that it is proved through several decisions of the government. He was speaking at a public meeting at Mayem supporting the Mayem Congress candidate, Santosh Sawant.  Ramakant Khalap, Vishwajeet Rane, Dharma Chodankar and others were also present.

Rane said that BJP gave several assurances but not a single has been fulfilled. He questioned why there were no 'aache din'? He also came down heavily on the centre over the demonetisation issue. "BJP is responsible for people’s suffering. There is unemployment and no new companies are coming into the country after demonetisation," Rane said. He told that BJP has only done caste politics and called for a stop to Modi government’s dictatorship. Opposition Leader Pratapsingh Rane came down heavily on BJP for its U-turns and assured to resolve the custodian issue. Congress candidate Santoshkumar Sawant said that there are several problems in Mayem and assured to solve them.


Sudin promises to amend 

Tenancy & Mundkar Act 

Former PWD Minister and MGP’s Chief Ministerial candidate Sudin Dhavalikar has promised to amend the Tenancy and Mundkar Act and make the individuals owners of the land by sending sanads to them within a year by establishing new mamlatdar courts and assured to withdraw the kul-mundkar cases from the High Courts. Addressing MGP’s public meeting at Sanvordem on Sunday, he also assured to study and solve the issue of Kumeri land, Aframent and existing houses on comunidade land.

Speaking further, he said, “In 2012, we extended our support to BJP thinking that they will do a good job and everything was good when Parrikar was chief minister. But when he went Delhi as Defence Minister, he kept a “jaggery” slab at the helm of affairs who had no idea of business rules, acts and financial rules and he (Parsekar) at his first press conference had stated that he (Parsekar) needed a year’s time to study the matter,” said Dhavalikar while referring Laxmikant Parsekar as chief minister.
