PANJIM: The Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examination, beginning from April 2, will be conducted in 28 centres across the State.
The SSC or Class X examinations will be held between April 2 and April 24. A total of 18,726 students have registered to answer the exams, which are conducted by Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education.
The exams will begin with first language paper on April 2. The students have two-day long holiday before the mathematics paper, which will be held on April 8. On April 4, students will answer History paper and Second language paper on April 10. On April 12 the students will appear for the Science paper and language paper III on April 13 while Geography paper will be on April 15.
The 28 centres include Bicholim, Canacona, Cuncolim, Curchorem, Mapusa, Aldona, Margao, Panjim, Pernem, Pilar, Ponda, Sanquelim, Vasco, Navelim, Porvorim, Quepem, Marcel, Mangueshi, Sanguem, Shiroda, Siolim, Tisk-Dharbandora, Valpoi, Mandrem, Calangute, Verna, Cujira and Poinguinium.
