3-to-be-conferred-honorary-doctorate

PANJIM, NOV 24 Noted litterateur Ravindra Kelekar, eminent scientist Dr Raghunath Mashelkar and General (Retd) Sunith Rodrigues will be conferred an Honorary Doctorate in Literature (D Litt) by Goa University during its forthcoming convocation.
