Garbage-issue-takes-centre-stage-at-Santa-Cruz-gram-sabha

MERCES, NOV 23 Noisy scenes were witnessed at the Santa Cruz gram sabha with the Alto Santa Cruz residents blaming the panchayat for non-collection of garbage, which they said has turned into an eye-sore and a health hazard.
