The Sessions Court today adjourned the hearing on anticipatory bail application filed by reputed builder Joe Mathias to Saturday in a land matter.
Mathias approached the Sessions Court yesterday seeking anticipatory bail apprehending arrest by the Crime Branch in connection with an encroachment case registered against him. The court has fixed the matter for hearing on Saturday, November 29.
