Panjim police on Tuesday arrested one Harshvardhan Sable for misappropriating investment money to the tune of Rs 14 crore.
PI Sandesh Chodankar said Sable acted as a consultant to get foreign direct investment (FDI) of Rs 46 crore for a company which is based in Pernem.
