Pissurlem man killed, 3 hurt in mishap

VALPOI, APRIL 4 A 25-year-old man from Pissurlem-Sattari died, while three others escaped with minor injuries, after the jeep which in which they were travelling turned turtle at Pissurlem on Sunday morning.

A 25-year-old man from Pissurlem-Sattari died, while three others escaped with minor injuries, after the jeep which in which they were travelling turned turtle at Pissurlem on Sunday morning.
According to Valpoi police, the accident occurred at about 6 am when deceased Gaurish Vasant Parob along with three of his friends Dinesh Chari, Ajay Gawde and Gautam Gaude were returning home in their jeep (GA-01-N-5303) after attending Jatra at Kudnem-Sanquelim.
Parob died on the spot, while Dinesh Chari, Ajay Gawde and Gautam Gaude escaped with minor injuries. PSI Narayan Parwar conducted the panchanama and the body was sent at GMC Hospital at Bambolim for autopsy.
