Traffic was disrupted along the NH-4A at Kundaim on Thursday morning, when a loaded truck broke down near the ongoing work to lay water pipes.
According to reports, the PWD had commenced work three days ago to lay water pipes across the NH-4A at Kundaim, near the new bypass.
