PANJIM: Inacio Menezes scored a 90th minute equaliser to help Bastora United SCC hold Benny XI Sports Club to a 3-3 draw in the Goa Football Association Third Division League match played at Quitula ground, on Monday.

Yuvraj Palyenkar handed Bastora United SCC an early fourth minute lead but Benny XI fought back gallantly and scored two goals in the first half through Clinton’s brace.

Crossing over, Christi Menezes got back Bastora United on level terms. However, Benny XI took the lead once again through Manthan Parwar but Inacio scored a 90th minute equaliser.

At Assonora ground, Bidesh XI earned a walkover as FC Tuem failed to report at the venue.

GFA U-14 League

St Christopher SC thumped Quitula Sports Club 5-0 in the Goa Football Association U-14 League match played, at Duler Stadium, Mapusa, on Monday.

Laximan Malvankar and Suresh Murari scored a brace each for the winners while Pa­jyot PArsekar netted the fifth. The winners led 1-0 at the break.

At Morjim ground, FC Goa scored a resounding 4-0 win over Dunes SC.

Vedant Naik and Bryson Pereira netted a brace each. FC Goa led 3-0 at the break.

Canacona SA and United Club Telaulim scored a 1-1 draw at Rosary ground, Navelim.

Shaikh Faizal netted the leveller for Telaulim after Oligson Fernandes handed Canacona SA a first half lead.

Tilamola United Sports Club held St Anthony’s SC Assolna 1-1 at Chandor Church ground.

Jaison Dias handed Assolna side a 76th minute lead but Macklon Colaco netted equaliser for Tilamola United in the 88th minute .
