Maina SC win shoot-out, storm into semi-finals
SERAULIM: Maina SC got the better of Parish Youth Nuvem, 5-3 via the tie-breaker to move into the semi-finals of the Village Panchayat Seraulim Cup, in memory of late Ligorio Gomes and organised by United Sports Club Seraulim, at Seraulim ground, on Friday.

In the first minute of the match itself, Nelson Fernandes of Maina scored with a placement shot. With few minutes left for the final whistle, Parish Youth, Nuvem scored through Gammy Costa’s penalty kick.
In the tie-breaker Maina SC netted through Savio Fernandes, Nelson Fernandes, Myron Fernandes and Vernon Fernandes while for Parish Youth Nuvem, Minguel Fernandes and Gammy Costa scored.
