MAPUSA: Mohan Bagan Super Giants managed to edge past Mumbai City FC by 2-1 margin in the Reliance Foundation Development League, held at Duler stadium, here, on Wednesday.
All the goals came in the first session of play.
Serto Kom netted a brace scoring in the 6th and 12th minute of play for Mohan Bagan colts.
Halen Hongtdu managed to reduce the margin in the 46th minute of play for Mumbai City.
In the next evening match Punjab FC defeated Pax of Nagoa by 3-0 margin.
In the first session Manglenthang Kipgen and Tekcham Singh scored while Ricky Shabong rounded off the score tally to 3-0 on crossing ends.
