PVC Parra register easy win over Goan Warriors
VAGATOR: PVC Parra sealed their place into the final of the Vagator Soccer Cup 2017, organized by Vagator PYSC with a well deserved 2-0 win over Goan Warriors, at Ozran ground, Vagator, on Wednesday.

PVC colts were at their very best as they scored a goal in each session of play.
Sankesh Harmalkar after collecting a pass from his team mate Rowell Pinto placed the ball into the far corner of Goan Warriors goal, 1-0.
Two minutes later Atish Mirajkar should have doubled PVC Parra lead but his strike hit the rival horizontal bar.
At the other end, Warrior’s Vishal Salgaonkar had a golden opportunity to level terms, but the latter shot over the post from close quarters.
On crossing over, Goan Warriors went all out in search of the equaliser, but Vishnu Pawar and Vijit Salgaonkar failed to get past PVC keeper Sankesh Harmalkar.
In the closing stages of the match Alister Fernandes drove the final nail into the coffin take his team into the final.
