Prutha, Sneha shine in the junior girls category on Day 5
PANJIM: The Junior Girls category saw some of the most exciting matches being played out with Prutha Parrikar and Sneha Rane going the distance in the initial matches on Day four of the Clube Tennis de Gaspar Dias Table Tennis Championship 2018, at the newly constructed arena at Clube Tennis de Gaspar Dias, Miramar.
Prutha Parrikar was on top of her game right from the start and eventually closed out the game at 3-0 (11-4, 11-6, 11-5) defeating Simran Kubal.
In the second match Sneha Rane defeated Janvi Naik Dalal scoring 3-1 (11-7, 9-11, 11-8, 11-5).
Day five of the championship will see Cadet girls and Sub Junior girls in action. The matches are scheduled between 4 p.m. and 8:30pm in the evening.
