Regina Martyrum clash with Rosary HSS in final
MARGAO: Regina Martyrum High School of Assolna will clash with Rosary Higher Secondary School of Navelim in the final of the U17 Salcete Zone Girls Subroto Mukherjee football tournament, organised by Directorate of Sports and Youth Affairs.

In the first semis played at Ambelim Sports Complex ground, Regina Martyrum High School defeated Perpetual Succour Convent HS of Navelim 2-0. Percy Pinto and Suvedha Kokade scored a goal each for the winners.
In the second semi-finals, Rosary Higher Secondary School defeated Rosary High School, Navelim with identical margin of 2-0. Quency Rodrigues gave an early lead to Rosary Higher Secondary School and was later doubled by Sommayya Mukundan.
The final will be played on August 17.
