Sesa FA make light work of FC Goa with a 4-1 win

PANJIM: Sesa Football Academy registered a fluent 4-1 win over FC Goa in the ongoing GFA U-14 First Division League. 

The game was dominated by SFA junior boys all throughout the 90 minutes held at Sesa Football Academy, Sanquelim ground.  

In the 3rd minute of the game, Nishar provided a pinpoint cross to Shahil who was lurking inside the opposition box. Shahil managed to run past the defence line and get a touch on the ball to place it in the back of the net.

In the 16th minute, Shahil scored again off a Zimik assist from midfield.

Nishar looked dangerous on the wing as he created another opportunity in the 19th minute. 

He crossed the ball for Bikram but his shot was brilliantly saved by FC Goa keeper.

SFA forward Sendy Mangte also registered a goal in his name after he scored from close range after a pass from SFA midfielder Zimik. FC Goa coach was quick to make a substitution after conceding the third goal as he replaced Bradley Fernandes with Grenville. 

SFA boys were 3-0 at the break.

SFA bagged the 4th goal through Shahil in the 58th minute, a brilliant display of agility in the opposition box and quick thinking allowed him to score from a distance. FC Goa's Keegan D Souza scored a consolation goal in the dying minutes of the game to deny a clean sheet for SFA.
