MARGAO: It was the day of one sided matches with Just Cricket, Bangalore, chasing 105 runs made short work of Sparkling Stars by losing only two wickets and Union Gymkhana clobbered Team Work SC by 9 wickets, at the SAG ground, Fatorda, on Thursday.
Both winners will meet in the final on Friday, at 1.30 pm, to clinch the Exposure trophy organised by Margao Cricket Academy. Brief scores: Sparkling Stars 105 runs for 6 in 20 overs. Shorya Chodankar 44, Rehan Hubali 31, Sohum, Royden and Shaurya claimed 1 wicket each. Just Cricket 106 runs for 2 in 14.2 overs (Sohum Joshi 31 not out, Aayat Khan 48). Man-of-the-match was awarded to Sohum Joshi by Dr Dhulapkar.
