PANJIM: With Derrick Pereira in-charges FC Goa youth team took on the likes of Vasco Sports Club and Sporting Club de Goa in friendlies on Friday and Saturday respectively.

The FC Goa U-18’s were the first in action on Friday when they went down 3-0 

On Saturday, FC Goa’s Developmental team took on Sporting Club de Goa which comprised of familiar names such as Victorino Fernandes, Peter Carvalho and Cajetan Fernandes. In what a tighly contest affair, the two teams were separated by a single goal scored via a free kick from Cajetan Fernandes. 

The Gaurs kept good possession of the ball and created a fair few opportunities but were unable to score.
