MAPUSA/RAIA: Vagator PYSC came from a goal down to hold Bidesh XI SC to a 3-3 draw in the GFA’s Second Division League Bardez Zone match played at Sirsaim ground, on Friday.
At the breather, Bidesh XI SC were leading by 3-2 margin. For Bidesh XI SC, colts Dailesh Pednekar opened the account with Krish Naroji netting in two more goals. For Vagator PYSC, Tyson Carvalho, Chandrakant and Danish Ahmed scored.
At Poriat ground, Pilerne SC humbled YSC Colvale by 3-0 margin. Chandrakant Govekar scored in each session of play with Yeshwant More adding his name to the scores’ list.
In the Salcete Zone match played at Don Bosco Oratory ground, Fatorda, United Boys of Ambaulim rallied to hold Parish Youth Nuvem to a 1-1 draw.
Snyster Pereira opened the scoring for PY Nuvem in the 10th minute. As the match progressed, in the 42nd minute, Royston Fernandes equalised for United Boys of Ambaulim.
