BANGALORE, NOV 24 State Bank of Tranvancore, Kerala entered the Quarterfinal league from Group ?A? defeating Salgaocar, Goa 1-0 in the 30th Federation Cup Preliminary Knockout match played at the Bangalore Football stadium here today.
