PANJIM: The Goa Football Association finally made the dream into reality after successfully ensuring the broadcasting of the Selvel Goa Professional League this season. The GFA President Churchill Alemao was instrumental in getting the brodcasting done.
This is the first time ever the State’s elite football league has been broadcasted live on 1playsports and Goa365 and received over 20k viewers for their inaugural match between FC Goa and Salgaocar FC. The match was professionally broadcasted with live commentary also providing time replays whenever required. There was no better time for broadcasting to come than the pandemic as the stadium was closed for the fans, the state association gave the glimpse of football to entire state and country.
