PONDA: A pamphlet circulated in Usgao Mining belt by State Committee of CITU at Vasco has demanded that taking advantage of SC recent order, Government should recover the loot of mining ore by mining companies recovering the crores of rupees by way of mining extraction by them, destroying environment, causing tremendous pollution to mining people, destroying their agriculture fertile lands, ecology, springs, etc.
The pamphlet states that the mining companies had earned crores of rupees through illegal extractions and it will last for their several generations but if government fails to recover the revenue missed out, the mining belt people like mining dependents, truck owners, garage owners, hotels, repair shops, etc will be bankrupt.
