CAVELOSSIM: Cavelossim gram sabha on Sunday opposed the proposed Blue Flag certification of the Mobor-Cavelossim beach and the Goa Bhumiputra Adhikarini Bill 2021.
Cavelossim panchayat sarpanch Dias and secretary Alauddin Maniyar informed that the gram sabha unanimously approved to opposing of Blue Flag certification of the Mobor-Cavelossim beach as well as the Goa Bhumiputra Adhikarini Bill 2021.
The villagers also demanded re-inspection of the draft Goa Coastal Zone Management Plan (CZMP) by Goa Coastal Zone Management Authorities (GCZMA).
